Field Trip Fun!

Hey guys today the whole 7th grade took a field trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. It was amazing. We saw the wild bird exhibit, the ancient Egyptian mummy exhibit, the space exhibit, the gem and mineral exhibit, and the wild animal exhibit. Its cool because in the wild animal exhibit there are painted backgrounds and each one has a hidden elf in it! They are really hard to find, but we found one! We also got to see the Grand Canyon IMAX movie about water conservation and the Colorado River. The movie really made you think about how much we take the water God gave us for granted! As humans we do take a lot of things for granted sadly. The movie really opened my eyes. It showed how Lake Powell is not even 1/2 full anymore. Where the water used to be was up to the top of the white line on the rocks. You can see that in the last picture I put on this post. Overall, I had a really fun and educational field trip.
