Sunflower Seeds

Hey every one!!! So I grew a sunflower right, and now it is all dried up and inside the top of the flower are sunflower seeds, and I am going to wash them, soak them in salt water, then bake them. And walla I will have sunflower seeds!!! Here's a picture that i took of what the seeds look like inside the flower. I will tell you more about how the making the process goes later.
